Purchased coins do not expire as long as your account remains active. You can buy a large bundle and use it over months without losing any coins.
Bonus coins earned through promotions, events, or referrals may carry an expiry date. Always check the promotion banner in the app for exact terms.
The cost per episode varies by story and is set by the content creator. Most episodes cost 1–5 coins. Premium or newly released content may cost slightly more.

Cancel through the platform you subscribed on — not through the Pocket FM app itself:
- Android (Google Play): Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pocket FM → Cancel
- iOS (Apple): iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Pocket FM → Cancel Subscription
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. You retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Subscription is better if you listen heavily — multiple stories per week. Unlimited access makes the monthly cost much cheaper per episode than buying coins individually.
Coins are better if you listen occasionally — a few episodes per month. Buying a small bundle as needed costs less than a recurring subscription you might not fully use.
Rule of thumb: if you unlock more than 30–40 episodes per month, a subscription pays for itself.
A subscription covers the vast majority of Pocket FM's premium library. However, a small number of exclusive or newly released titles may still require additional coins even for subscribers.

Yes. Your Pocket FM account — including your coin balance, unlocked content, and listening progress — syncs across all devices where you're logged in with the same account.
You can switch between Android, iOS, and the web version without losing any content or coins.
- On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email
- Check your inbox for a reset link (also check spam/junk folder)
- If you signed up with Google or Facebook, use the same social login button
- If none of these work, contact Pocket FM support directly through the app's Help section
Your coins and unlocked content are tied to your account and will be restored once you regain access.
If you delete your Pocket FM account, all coins, unlocked content, and listening history are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This action is irreversible.
